TAUNUS LOFT

TAUNUS LOFT

We were asked to transform the attic of an existing villa into a penthouse.
The previously unused space has been redesigned to create a parents' area, including a bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, and studio. The extensive glazing along the entire long side of the attic opens up an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape.

This breathtaking backdrop was to be experienced in all areas of the penthouse. To achieve this, the different areas were arranged sequentially with a continuous built-in cabinet serving as the backbone and housing essential functions.

A standout feature in the bedroom is the fireplace, integrated into a custom-built cabinet and highlighted by a Jura stone frame. The combination of beige and brown tones with light oak and Jura stone creates a pleasant atmosphere. Built-in cabinets and a vanity with fine linear grooves in dark oak, along with brass accents, add contrast to the overall light tones and give the space a special touch.
